
Vincent Sapone is a lifelong native of Connecticut who has had a passion for science ever since the 8th grade. In High School he was the President of the Weather Club, won the school forecasting competition, was Chief Editor and an author of its newsletter, and did morning broadcasts over the intercom. Vincent graduated with honors at a local community college with an associates in Math and Science before transferring to Western Connecticut State University. There he has taken a meteorology track option and secured a minor in Physics. This is all before he finally obtains an Earth Science certification in secondary education. Vincent finds the geological and atmospheric conditions on Earth and other planets in the solar system to be a fascinating area of study and he has a noted passion for weather forecasting, teaching, inquiry, outdoor activities and lively discussion.
