While we can’t say 100% that there won’t be a hurricane in Philly… the chances are slim. Historically, the effects of a hurricane have been felt in the Philly area every other year or so. I’ll have to do some research when the last time the area took a direct hit. If you see Joe Roy’s article about CT getting hit by a hurricane, you can pretty much equate that to Philly.
