Warmer conditions for the entire period. Could this be the week that Winter finally leaves us? Clouds linger in the region all day Monday, but by Tuesday, most of the Midwest should be under mostly sunny skies. A few clouds return on Wednesday, and by Thursday a large system will be making its way eastward with rain to the region.
